As of the current 118th Congress (2023–2025), the U.S. Representative for California's 39th Congressional District is **Mark Takano** (a Democrat). 

**Important note about redistricting:**
California's congressional maps changed significantly after the 2020 Census. 

*   **If you live in the *current* CA-39:** This district is now located in Riverside County and includes cities like Moreno Valley, Perris, and Jurupa Valley. **Mark Takano** is your representative. 
*   **If you are thinking of the *old* CA-39 (prior to 2023):** The old district was located where Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernardino counties meet (including cities like Fullerton, Brea, and Chino Hills) and was represented by Young Kim. Because of redistricting, that area is now largely part of the 40th District (still represented by Young Kim) and the 38th District (represented by Linda Sánchez).
