Your current U.S. Representative for NC-11 is Chuck Edwards (Republican). He represents North Carolina's 11th District, covering 15 counties in the state's western mountains, and previously served three terms in the North Carolina Senate starting in 2016. He was elected to Congress in November 2022 and now serves on the House Appropriations and Budget Committees.

He's up for re-election in November 2026. Edwards will face Democrat Jamie Ager, a farmer, after handily winning his GOP primary in March 2026, while Ager won a competitive five-way Democratic primary. The Libertarian nominee is Travis Groo.

The race is considered competitive. Cook Political Report notes polling from both parties shows Edwards and Ager neck-and-neck, and this comes amid allegations that Edwards pursued an affair with a staffer.
