Pennsylvania's 3rd Congressional District (which covers parts of Philadelphia, including West Philadelphia, most of Center City, and Northwest Philadelphia) is currently represented by Dwight Evans, a Democrat who has held the seat since 2019.

A few relevant notes for 2026:

Evans withdrew from the Democratic primary race for this seat, and the main Democratic candidates now running to succeed him include West Philadelphia attorney Shaun Griffith, State Representative Chris Rabb, Dr. Ala Stanford, and State Senator Sharif Street.

So Evans remains your sitting representative for now, but he won't be on the ballot this fall — someone new will take over the seat starting in January 2027, given this is the most Democratic district in Pennsylvania and the U.S., so the winner of the Democratic primary is heavily favored to win in November.
